1. General Conditions

The Lovecell PRO subscription is a digital service with exclusive benefits, such as:

• Unlimited sticker downloads;
• Ad-free browsing;
• Early access to new features;
• Other premium features described on the website.

Because it is a digital service made available immediately after payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds of amounts already paid, regardless of the period of use.

2. Renewal and Cancellation

• The PRO subscription renews automatically according to the chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.).
• The user may cancel automatic renewal at any time, retaining access to PRO benefits until the end of the period already paid.
• Cancellation only prevents future charges and does not generate credit or a prorated refund of amounts paid.

3. Special Cases

• In the event of a verified technical failure that prevents the use of PRO benefits for a period exceeding 72 consecutive hours, Lovecell may, at its discretion, grant an extension of the subscription period or another compensatory benefit.
• Cases of fraud or misuse of the platform may result in the suspension or termination of the account, without entitlement to a refund.
