At Lovecell, the privacy and security of our users are priorities. This Privacy Policy describes clearly and transparently how we collect, use, store, share, and protect the personal data of those who access or use our website and our online sticker creation and sharing services.

Lovecell operates in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018), the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and other applicable regulations.

1. Definitions

User: any person who accesses or uses Lovecell's services.
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, email, and profile picture.
Sensitive data: data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, or data concerning health, sex life, biometrics, or genetics.
Controller: the legal entity responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data (Lovecell).
Processors: third parties that process personal data on behalf of Lovecell (e.g., hosting providers, Google, Discord).
Cookies: small text files stored on the user's device that assist with navigation and personalization of the experience.

2. Data Collected

Lovecell collects the following data:

a) Provided by the user

Name, email, and profile picture when logging in via Google or Discord.
Stickers, titles, tags, and other content created or shared on the platform.
Information provided when contacting support.

b) Collected automatically

IP address, device type, browser, operating system, and date and time of access.
Session, authentication, preference, and usage-statistics cookies.

c) From third parties

Google AdSense: information used to display personalized advertisements.
WhatsApp API: used solely for sending stickers; Lovecell does not access the content of users' conversations.
Discord/Google: authentication data provided with consent at the time of login.

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Authentication and secure login via Google and Discord.
Creation, sharing, and storage of stickers.
Personalization of the user experience (history, saved packs, preferences).
Display of relevant advertisements through Google AdSense.
Prevention of fraud, abuse, and misuse of the platform.
Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Handling of requests and inquiries submitted by users.

4. Use of Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Ensure the essential operation of the platform (login, security, navigation).
Obtain traffic and usage statistics (Google Analytics/Zaraz).
Personalize marketing campaigns and advertisements (Google AdSense).

Users may manage their cookie preferences directly in their browser or through the dedicated panel provided by Lovecell.

5. Data Sharing

Lovecell may share personal data in the following circumstances:

Google (login, advertising, and metrics).
Discord (login).
WhatsApp (processing of sticker delivery via API).
Cloudflare (CDN and security).
Technical service providers necessary for the operation of the platform.
Judicial, administrative, or regulatory authorities, whenever there is a legal obligation.

We do not sell our users' personal data.

6. International Transfer

Because we use services from global companies (Google, Discord, Cloudflare), data may be transferred outside Brazil. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are adopted as required by the LGPD, including standard contractual clauses and information security measures.

7. Security

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or any form of inappropriate or unlawful processing, including:

Encryption of data in transit.

Monitoring and mitigation of attacks through the Cloudflare infrastructure.

8. Users' Rights

Confirm whether their data is being processed.
